Mission

We endeavor to keep the mission of Orchard Valley Christian Church simple and sweet:

We desire to know Christ and make Christ known to every person around us. The illustration that we have adopted for our mission strategy is the picture of a Pitcher pouring water into a Cup, which then overflows into a Saucer, and then a Plate.* As a church, our desire is to see the Pitcher of God’s Spirit pouring His Essence into each cup, representing each believer, to the extent where His Essence of love and life overflows into the lives of others (the saucer) and into every environment (the plate).

Membership

Orchard Valley Christian Church has a special niche in the Silicon Valley. OVCC is an English speaking, multi-Asian, multi-generational, family-oriented church. It has been said that our church culture includes a Hawaiian flavor to it. The majority of OVCC’s members live in Sunnyvale, San Jose, Campbell, Saratoga, Cupertino, Milpitas, and Fremont.
