OVCC Cycling @ Shoreline Part 2

Location: meeting place in Mountain View, starting at the Stevens Creek Trail and connecting with the San Francisco Bay Trail

Where: L'Avenida Trail Entry to the Stevens Creek Trail, Mountain View;
Take 85 North to Shoreline Exit, make Right, and follow the signs to
L'Avenida which goes around the Computer Museum. Make a left onto
L'Avenida, past the VTA site, past the Post Office on the left, and park
 on the street between Microsoft buildings. Do Not Park in the Microsoft
 parking lot because there is a patrol looking for unauthorized cars.
Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, or sooner, if they
complete the circuit quickly, or later for those who need more time and
enjoy the ambiance; we start together

Water Fountains: At the L'Avenida trail head and at Byxbee Park, end of the mountain bike trail.
Food/Coffee: You will pass a Starbucks and 7 Eleven on your way to L,Avenida on the
left on Pear Ave. Togos is across Shoreline near Lazerquest. People dined at the Palo Alto Golf Course last time.

Bathroom: at Byxbee Park, and in any of the stores/shops in the commercial area on Pear Ave, or the golf course.
Destination: As far as you want, up to the SF airport if you follow the signs. Be wary that you may co mingle with traffic in some areas .A 10 mile loop is to Palo Alto and back, either on the paved trail, or returning on the dirt road around the Palo Alto Baylands Nature Preserve. Please enjoy the birds you will see in the marshlands.
Who: anyone who enjoyed the first ride and wants to explore more, anyone who missed the first ride, anyone who know someone else who enjoys cycling
and is not on steroids
Equipment: your own bike, helmet, and water;
tire pumps, snacks, phones, and cameras are helpful; money if you intend
 to eat somewhere during the bike ride or need to grab a taxito bring you back to the starting point
