SAC (Softball After Church)

Greetings,
Can you answer these questions? What is the distance from home to first base in a softball diamond? What is the maximum height of the pitch in slow pitch softball? Where is your mitt, ball and bat? If you can answer all of them without referring to Wikipedia you are a devoted fan of the sport. If you can't, come join us for several hours of hilarity, humility and, hopefully, homers. Come watch older players turn triples into singles, younger players show off their arm and batting prowess, and Lisa show grace as she does not strike out Pastor Curt.

Day: Sunday
Date: August 27, 2017
Time: 1:00 PM (13:00) to 3:00 PM (15:00) or until the player with the good bat goes home

Who: anyone with an interest, or who may be interested in playing - friends, colleagues, classmate, significant others
What to wear: comfortable shoes, cleats if you have them
What to bring: sense of humor, patience, kindness, and self control; sun screen if you are likely to burn
Equipment: bring your favorite bat, glove and ball; if you don't have one, we will share equipment; batting tee will be available if needed
